On Monday, 14th January, 2019, the government of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines along with the Caribbean Regional Communication Infrastructure Program (CARCIP) and telecommunications provider (Digicel), hosted a public consultation at the Methodist Church Hall in Kingstown.
