Scenario: I lost my wallet and my driver’s license.
Response:If a driving permit is lost, defaced, mutilated or rendered illegible, the Licensing Authority shall on payment of the prescribe fee issue a duplicate of such permit. The prescribed fee is one hundred dollars ($100.00).
Note: The holder must present some form of identification when carrying out this transaction.
