Step 1: Complete the application form (Form can be printed click link, or collected from the Ministry of Finance, located on the second floor of the Administrative Complex)
Step 2: Submit completed application form, along with the following documents
- Must be a citizen of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines
- Copy of birth certificate or passport
- Copy of signed university acceptance letter (N.B. Economic Cost is only payable to the University Of the West Indies)
- If you have completed a year of studies locally at the Open Campus, a copy off your transcript is required.
N.B: After receiving the letter of approval, the applicant is required to sign a bond and provide a copy to the Ministry of Finance.
