The GYVE project aims to inspire young people to engage in civic activities and contribute positively to community improvement. This project recognizes the potential of youths as catalysts for change and seeks to harness their energy, creativity and passion for nation building.
The initiative will create a platform where youths can express their opinions, share their creative and innovative ideas, and collaborate on projects that address pressing community issues through access to resources.
Further, the project intends to engage proactive young individuals in creative ways to volunteer their time to meaningful and positive community work. In addition, the project will be driven by a genuine desire to engage a large cross-section of the nation’s youths, in particular, those with ‘no income’ and 'low income’, in a geographically balanced and gender-sensitive manner.
