This information can be obtained from the Laws of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.

• Volume 4 - Chapter 125 The Criminal Procedure Code
• Volume 3 - Chapter 81 The Civil Procedure Code

Magistrates must operate within the jurisdiction as specified above. If the magistrate operates outside jurisdiction he would be acting ultra vires.
